Akua Konadu-Yiadom has over 10 years of experience as a commercial litigation and ADR lawyer, with extensive knowledge in banking and finance litigation, family law, and property acquisition for large-scale commercial and personal projects.

She previously worked as a State Attorney before transitioning to private practice as an associate at AB & David, a premier Ghanaian law firm. She later joined BlackWood Legal Services as a Senior Associate. Akua has represented numerous local and international clients across various industries in contract due diligence, adjudication, and dispute resolution arising from contract interpretation and implementation disputes.

Mrs. Akua Adu-Gymafi

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Spanish and Linguistics from the University of Ghana, Legon. She later attended the Ghana School of Law, where she qualified as a Barrister-at-Law (BL). She also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology Business School, with a thesis on Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Adjudication in Conflict Resolution in International Business Transactions.

Akua is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and was called to the Ghana Bar in October 2006.
